Drawing on her own lived experiences, Nellie has a special interest in supporting the autistic and ADHD communities. She appreciates their unique strengths and challenges, and understands the intricacies of neurodivergent parenting, schooling, and relationships. Within Nellie's therapy sessions, her goal is to create a playful, non-judgmental, and safe space where clients can connect, relate, and collaboratively work towards their personal goals and manage their challenges. Nellie is committed to advocating for compassionate, accepting, and inclusive environments where neurodivergent individuals can truly understand themselves and their needs, so they can thrive.

Assessment & Diagnosis:Nellie's assessment and diagnosis/identification service provides a thorough evaluation of your child's presentation or traits to help you develop a better understanding of your child's mental health, neurotype or support needs. This service provides a plan and recommendations to help improve their supports, improve their well-being and functioning.
Support and Therapy:
Nellie's support services provide assistance and resources for individuals with mental health challenges and those with disability, helping them to advocate for their needs, improve their overall well-being, self understanding and equip them with strategies and supports to improve their quality of life.
Family, School and Behaviour Support:
Nellie's Family and School Support services provide a safe and supportive environment for families, teacher and the child's support team to develop a richer understanding of their child's brain type, work through challenges collaboratively and practically and build stronger relationships. She utilises a brain-based approach to parenting and the CPS lens to behaviors (Dr. Ross Greene). Nellie helps by understanding and assessing the underlying reasons for the child's challenges and behaviour.
