I support women and gender-diverse people with a female lived experience experiencing:

  • Autism and ADHD (including high-masking and internalised presentations)

  • Perimenopause and menopause, particularly where they intersect with neurodivergence

  • Chronic stress, burnout and nervous system exhaustion

  • Anxiety, OCD and perfectionism

  • Trauma and unresolved childhood experiences

  • Executive functioning, sensory and emotional regulation difficulties

  • Late identification of neurodivergence, identity and self-understanding

  • Relationship, parenting and workplace challenges

My work is grounded in the understanding that neurodivergence and mid-life often interact in complex ways. Hormonal changes can amplify cognitive, emotional and sensory challenges, while years of masking become increasingly difficult to sustain. My assessment and therapeutic framework is intentionally designed to recognise these often-overlooked experiences, integrating a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming and developmentally informed approach that helps women feel seen, validated and understood.

I've spent years learning to recognise the patterns that are so often missed. Many of the women I work with have seen multiple clinicians but have been left feeling that something still didn't quite fit. Too often, they have been supported without ever feeling truly understood.

If you are wondering why life has always felt just a little harder than it seems to be for everyone else, you don't have to keep figuring it out alone.
