Claire Iagoe (she/her)
I believe therapy works best when people feel safe to be themselves. With warmth, curiosity, and a neurodiversity-affirming approach, I aim to help clients understand themselves, build on strengths, and find strategies that work for them.

I am a psychologist with over a decade of experience across clinical, school, and forensic settings, working with clients across the lifespan.
I have a particular interest in neurodivergence, including Autism, ADHD, and PDA profiles, as well as anxiety, depression, trauma and trauma-related conditions, emotion regulation and anger management, communication and relationship difficulties, and addictions. My approach is warm, empathic, collaborative, and neurodiversity-affirming, with Schema Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as primary therapeutic approaches alongside other evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).
I tailor therapy to each client’s individual needs, strengths, and goals and have experience integrating virtual reality (VR) into psychological therapy.
