  • Hi, I’m Kerryanne — a registered psychologist and counsellor who’s passionate about creating a space where people can show up exactly as they are (stims, tangents, info-dumps and all). I’ve worked in community services for over ten years, including LGBTQIA+ organisations, domestic violence refuges, youth mental health, and AOD rehabilitation.

My approach is compassion-focused and attachment-informed, drawing from psychodynamic work, ACT, DBT, schema, and the occasional bit of CBT when it fits. I like to keep therapy human, accessible, and sensory-friendly — my room has soft lighting, plenty of fidgets, and a welcoming atmosphere. I also offer telehealth for those who prefer connecting online (or from under a blanket with a cup of tea).

I mainly work with Autistic and ADHD individuals, especially those who mask or internalise, as well as people exploring gender, sexuality, and identity. I also support clients navigating anxiety/depression, CPTSD, perfectionism, burnout, chronic health issues, disability, and giftedness (2e/3e). My biggest interest sits at the intersection of neurodivergence, gender, sexuality, and physical health — and the creative, sometimes chaotic, ways people build lives that work for them.

I provide both adult autism assessments and WPATH assessments for gender-affirming surgeries and hormones. I work with adults, youth, and children — and love connecting with fellow collectors of things, ideas, and knowledge (whether that’s special interests, trivia, or a rock collection).
