After being diagnosed later in life and coming to a place of radical acceptance, Brad—an autistic DBT therapist—has let go of the age-old question, “How can I change to be acceptable?” These days, he’s more interested in asking, “How can I build a life that truly fits and celebrates who I am—and what handy-dandy DBT tools can I find to help me handle the tough stuff along the way?” Working primarily as a manager in a large private mental health hospital, I operate an independent part-time private practice in the inner southeastern suburbs of Melbourne and offer counselling, psychotherapy, clinical psychological assessments, clinical supervision, and leadership/executive coaching in business and healthcare.

    • Assessment,

    • Therapy/Support,

    • Professional Supervision,

    • Supervision for Registration,

    • Supervision for Endorsement (Clinical & Counselling)

  • Assessment (3 months, available), Therapy (6 months, books closed)

My approach is practical, validating, and refreshingly honest—always centred on the idea that life doesn’t have to be typical to be worth living.
