Sarah Harrower (she/her)

I'm Sarah, perinatal psychologist, mum, Autistic ADHDer+, and certified axolotl fan (there's a tattoo and everything).

I focus on relationships and believe that becoming a parent is different for everyone and changes over time.

I'm especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent parents and those figuring out if they're neurodivergent. My approach supports neurodivergence rather than trying to fix it, and I bring both personal and professional experience to the work. I work with all brain types and adjust how I communicate to suit your needs.
