Monique Hooghuis (she/her)

My practice is grounded in respect, curiosity, and care. I am particularly passionate about working alongside neurodivergent individuals—including those who identify as Autistic, ADHDers, or who live with PTSD and complex trauma—as well as those navigating anxiety, grief, gender and sexual identity, sensory differences, and the impacts of marginalisation or violence. Rather than pathologising difference, I work from a strengths-based, client-led framework that acknowledges the impact of systemic barriers—and prioritises safety, self-determination, and connection. My goal is to walk alongside clients as they build lives that feel meaningful and manageable on their own terms.
