I work independently in private practice, offering therapy and assessment for individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan. My work is grounded in neurodiversity-affirming principles that recognise difference as part of human diversity.
I love supporting individuals to learn about themselves in an affirming and compassionate way. My approach is creative and flexible, often drawing on play and art in therapy. If it feels right, we might include things that bring comfort or regulation, such as a musical instrument, a favourite sensory tool, or something personally meaningful.
I advocate for students and families within school systems and particularly enjoy supporting couples and family dynamics where neurodivergence is part of the picture. I am attuned to the needs of PDAers in therapy and aim to hold a responsive, equitable space that shifts moment to moment to help clients feel safe.
I also create affirming, accessible tools such as the ND Feels Wheel and donate neurodiversity-affirming resources to schools, where I can, to help foster understanding and inclusion. Looking ahead, I am working towards offering Telehealth through my own practice in 2026 and plan to expand into school-based consultation with leadership teams and teachers.
