Elysia Thomas (she/her)
Elysia is a multiply neurodivergent psychologist with experience supporting autistic, ADHD, gifted, c-PTSD, ARFID, and other neurodivergent eating challenges (non-acute only). Elysia is particularly interested in working with teenage and adult clients and can provide EMDR and therapy that is informed by approaches such as Parts/IFS, Schema, Narrative, and Social-Justice Oriented therapies.

Assessment for 6+ to Adult – Assessments available for Autism, ADHD, Giftedness or SLD (Cognitive Assessments), c-PTSD, ARFID, and other Eating Disorders.
Therapy for Teenage (12+) to Adult - EMDR available, Eating disorder support (with amended CBT-e and amended family systems approaches) other therapy informed by Parts/IFS, Schema, Narrative, Social-Justice Oriented approaches.
