Just as the natural world thrives on biodiversity, our communities thrive on diverse neurotypes. Every brain brings its own strengths, and each deserves recognition and appreciation.

  • I am a registered psychologist with experience working in out-of-home care settings with adolescents and families, as well as in crisis settings supporting individuals with complex trauma. I have a special interest in working with neurodivergent clients, particularly children, teenagers, and young adults. I also have experience working with autistic individuals, ADHDers, and people experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, and a variety of other presentations.

I take a person-centred, neurodiversity-affirming, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. Neurodiversity-affirming therapy aims to honour and validate the unique neurotype of each neurodivergent person. My goal is to help clients explore their neurodivergent identity and recognise and utilise their own strengths. I strive to offer a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for neurodivergent individuals.

When working with clients, I tailor my approach to their individual needs, drawing from Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I am completing my Masters of Clinical Psychology (Post-Registration) next year!
