I am by nature curious about people and passionate about developing authentic working relationships with clients where they can feel safe and empowered.

My therapeutic style is warm, accepting and nurturing with a balance of gentle challenging in the service of each individual’s goals. I deeply value inclusivity and warmly welcome people of any cultural background, neurotype, gender identity, sexual orientation and body size/ability. I am committed to lifelong learning and engage in regular professional developmental, training and supervision. I prioritise training and reading from those with lived experience.
