I am Autistic, and identify as having heightened demand avoidance as well as ADHD traits. I also have Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) which I’ve learnt to manage well, and live with chronic migraine as well as other forms of chronic illness. I find that many clients seek out my support because of my lived experience understandings as well as professional interests in such types of intersectionalities.
