Melanie Martinelli
Melanie Martinelli is an autism educator and consultant with a Master’s Degree in Autism Studies who has worked with autistic children and adults for over a decade. She is also autistic and a parent of autistic children, which shapes her neuro-affirming, strengths-based approach focused on authentic development, wellbeing, communication, and connection.
Her work through The Little Black Duck centres on helping people understand autistic thinking, sensory experiences, regulation, and supportive environments so autistic individuals can thrive in ways that respect their unique needs and strengths.
