I'm a later-in-life identified AuDHD mum of 2 awesome, Neurodivergent PDAers. I have 2 unofficial therapy pets, Zoe my 8 year old cavoodle, and Bob Cat my 10 year old rescue cat. I use neuro-affirming, trauma informed practices which are grounded in relational safety, collaboration, and co-regulation. I believe the best way I can support Neurodivergent people is to support and upskill their families, teachers, therapists, employers, and other key stakeholders using my professional and lived experience.
